Business Solution Analyst for Testing Hub

Who we are?

We work as an intermediary between business and ICT. We are responsible for systems related to calculating commissions for sale of non-life insurance. We manage issues related to insurance agents, their portfolios and data.

Your Responsibilities

  • participation in technical application development from start to finish (client requirements - communication with IT in Belgium)
  • regular communication with client and providing support
  • maintaining system documentation
  • incident management and resolution, coordination of follow-up actions
  • creating and managing tests and their subsequent execution
  • participation in projects
  • investigating issues using SQL

We expect

  • high-school diploma or adequate job experience 
  • you can speak English well (you will also have calls and write daily with Belgian colleagues) 
  • knowledge of Czech language is recommended (documentation is mostly in Czech and Dutch)
  • intermediate MS Office Excel knowledge (you understand advanced features) 
  • analytical and communication skills - you will meet non-standard cases where you need to find a solution every day
  • interest in IT, basic knowledge of SQL is an advantage 
  • thinking in context, i.e. be able to predict consequences of the system changes you propose
  • good organizational skills are recommended
  • resilience to stress
