RPA Business Analyst

Our company houses the largest RPA Competence Center within the Czech Republic and is unique in its kind. We service KBC Group entities in Belgium, Ireland, Hungary, Czech Republic and Bulgaria. The RPA Competence Center exists out of 30 team members (and growing) spread over Czech Republic and India and trained over 100 citizen developers worldwide. They are responsible to analyse processes and requirements, develop and perform code review of scripts, provide support, guard the framework and give training. They made it possible to deploy more than 100 robots into production over the past 2 years.
As the RPA world is rapidly evolving, we are looking for Junior and Senior Business Analysts.

Your responsibilities:

  • communicate directly with the internal clients on daily basis
  • run workshops with SMEs to understand the end to end process, while identifying any automation blockers and the suitability of the process for automation
  • challenge the processes that are under investigation as there might be easier ways to make a process more efficient (stop, change, automate)
  • challenge the business case and estimates
  • present a summary of the findings to the client and walk them through the to-be design of the automated process.
  • understand the risks, assumptions, and dependencies associated with the process
  • work closely with the development team to ensure requirements are accurately mapped and suitable for development
  • be involved in all process automation activities from requirement gathering to development and testing through implementation and continuous improvement
  • build, review, and own the Solution Design Documentation (technical)
  • build, review, and own test plans and test cases, facilitate the gathering of test data

  • excellent writing and communication skills in English
  • ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications, create high-quality analysis and requirements documentation
